Frequently asked questions
Why does my daily streak reset?
The streak counts consecutive days you've won at least one daily puzzle. If you skip a day, the streak resets to zero. Time zones are based on your iPhone's local time, so travelling across time zones can occasionally affect when "today" rolls over.
Why does my Friends tab look empty?
Two possibilities:
- You haven't granted Prisma permission to see your Game Center friends. The first time you open the Friends tab, iOS asks you to allow this — if you tapped "Don't Allow," go to iOS Settings → Game Center → Privacy → Allow Friends to re-enable.
- You don't have any Game Center friends yet who play Prisma. Tap the "+" button at the top right of the Friends tab to open Game Center, where you can search for and add friends.
Why don't I see "All Time" or "Today" tabs in the leaderboard?
By design — the daily leaderboard always shows today's scores from your friends only. We found that "all-time" rankings on a daily-puzzle game were confusing, so we removed them. Streak-based leaderboards live entirely inside the app via the Badges grid on the You tab.
Where is my game progress stored?
On your iPhone, with optional iCloud sync if you have it enabled at the iOS level. The developer doesn't see any of it.
Are there ads?
No. Prisma has no ads, no tracking, and no in-app purchases.
The app crashed / a level seems impossible / the daily puzzle didn't update

Privacy
Prisma's privacy policy is at: privacy.html.
The very short version: the developer collects nothing about you. Game Center is operated by Apple and follows Apple's privacy policy.
Beta testing
If you're a TestFlight tester, the in-build "Send Beta Feedback" option goes to the same inbox as the support email above. Either route works.
Prisma is an independent project. Updates and known issues are announced through the App Store version notes.
