Privacy Policy — Prisma
This is the privacy policy for Prisma, an iOS puzzle app. Plain English, no boilerplate, no surprises.
What Prisma collects
The short version: nothing — at least, nothing the developer ever sees.
The longer version:
- Game progress and saved state stays on your device. If you have iCloud sync enabled at the iOS level, Apple syncs that data between your devices using your private iCloud container. The developer cannot see, read, or download it.
- Game Center data — your leaderboard scores, friends, and achievements — is managed by Apple's Game Center service. The developer can read leaderboard entries you've posted, but only the public profile information (display name, avatar) Apple chooses to expose. Your real Apple ID, email address, location, and contacts are never shared with the developer. See Apple's Game Center privacy policy for details.
- No analytics, no crash reporters, no advertising SDKs, no tracking pixels. There is no third-party code in Prisma collecting information about you.
- No account. You don't create one. You don't enter an email address. There's nothing for the developer to lose.
Permissions Prisma asks for
- Game Center — required to play the daily leaderboards. iOS handles the sign-in.
- Game Center friends list — optional. If you grant this permission (the system asks the first time you open the Friends tab), Apple shares the list of your existing Game Center friends with the app so we can show you their daily scores. We never see anyone outside that list.
You can revoke either permission at any time in iOS Settings → Game Center.
Data we share with third parties
None. Prisma does not transmit personal data to any third-party service.
(Apple's own services — Game Center, iCloud — are governed by Apple's privacy policy, not this one.)
Children
Prisma is rated 4+. We do not knowingly collect data from children, because we do not knowingly collect data from anyone. If you have concerns about your child's Game Center activity, Apple provides parental controls in iOS Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → Game Center.
Your rights
Because the developer doesn't store any personal data:
- There's no account to delete.
- There's no data export to request.
- There's no profile to edit.
If you want to remove your local game progress, delete the app and disable iCloud sync. If you want to remove your Game Center scores, follow Apple's instructions for managing Game Center data.
Changes to this policy
If we ever start collecting data, this policy will be updated and the change announced via a TestFlight or App Store update note. The "Last updated" date above will change.
